My Version of making Eggless Brownie with home made Cottage cheese

I got the recipe for Chocolate Brownie and thought of making it with my innovation.

Here comes the Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup of All Purpose Flour
1 tsp of Baking Powder
¼ tsp of Salt
1/4 Cup Vegetable oil
½ tsp of Vanilla Extract
200ml Whole Milk
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp Coco Powder
1 tsp Instant Coffee Powder
1-2 Tbsp Curd
1/4 cup of mix walnut and choco chips

Process:

1) Make Cottage Cheese with milk(200ml) and use the cottage cheese with water separated from milk.

2) Preheat your oven to 180 degree. Grease an 8 by 8 square pan with non stick cooking spray and line the bottom with parchment paper.

3) In a small bowl mix together the flour, salt, baking powder and set aside.

4) In a large bowl mix cottage cheese with water separated from milk(while making cottage cheese) with sugar, vanilla and oil. Mix 1 tbsp of dry batter with chopped walnuts and choco chips so that it will be evenly distributed in the the brownie.

5) Add the dry ingredients and mix to combine, just mix until everything is well incorporated. Add curd if the batter is thick and unable to fold the ingredients. But note the batter should be thick.

6) Then add chocolate chips and chopped walnuts with the batter

8) Bake for 45 to 50 minutes and let cool for 15 minutes.

9) Place a Brownie on the plate and serve with Vanilla ice-cream scoop and chocolate saus on the top. Enjoy.....
